Born in Bordeaux, the wine and culinary destination in France, Vincent Nigita studied at the country’s prestigious pastry school. He has continued to learn his craft by gaining experience through his combined work and travels around the world. His passion for art and pastry has led him to create enchanted desserts combining technique, passion, precision and taste. 


Building his international career alongside some of the world’s most respected chefs including Eric Briffart (M.O.F.), Christian Le Squer (3 Michelin Stars) and Pierre Gagnaire (3 Michelin stars), Nigita left his position as pastry chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Paris in 2016 to travel around the world and discover the unique flavors and ingredients from every region that he visited.Falling in love with Bali for its rich culture, art, and abundance of natural resources, Vincent Nigita would like to share his journeys with you through his creation.
